Hend

Gender inequality in the workplace isn't a new conversation — but for many women across England and Wales, it's still a very live one: junior roles, lower pay, fewer opportunities to progress. The Young Women's Trust exists to change that, and Hend is one of the people they've been working with. Through practical support, skills development and mentorship, the Trust helps women like Hend not just get through the door, but thrive once they're inside. This project was an attempt to tell that story honestly — not as an abstract campaign message, but through the specific, human reality of one woman's experience.
