Katherine discovered Deloitte Australia’s Digital Career Compass programme during a challenging period in her life.

The initiative, developed with Salesforce, helps people facing significant change gain the skills needed to enter the technology sector. Over twelve weeks she learned new technical and business skills, supported by mentors and training sessions. By the end of the programme, she wasn’t just ready for a job. Deloitte offered her a senior consultancy role.

For Katherine, it marked the beginning of a new chapter.
